ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a highly organized Planning Data Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will triage incoming catalog requests, new product adds and edits to existing items and serve as the central point of coordination for rev control across Engineering, Configuration Management, Product Management, Planning, Finance, and Production. This is a relationship-building role as much as a process role: you'll be the person who keeps requests from aging silently in a queue, and the person who makes sure that when Engineering releases a new rev, everyone who needs to know and act, knows in time. You will ensure the right items are sellable at the right time as we scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Intake Triage & SLAs: Own the Product Catalog Intake Form in Foundry ("Almanac") as the front door for all new product adds and edits to existing items. Prioritize and route requests, and own intake SLAs so nothing ages silently in the queue.
• Rev Control Coordination: Whenever Engineering releases a new rev, ensure Configuration Management, the Product Manager, Planners, and Production are all aware of and aligned on timing, so the right items are sellable at the right time.
• Process Documentation: Maintain clear, living documentation of the intake and rev control coordination processes so none of it lives as tribal knowledge.
• Process Improvement: Look for recurring bottlenecks or breakdowns in how requests move through intake and rev control, and propose fixes rather than just executing the queue as handed to you.
• Cross-Team Relationship Building: Build working relationships with Engineering, Configuration Management, Product Management, Planning, and Production — teams that don't report to you and don't naturally coordinate with each other — so alignment becomes routine rather than something you have to force each time.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in a program/project coordination, operations, or planning-adjacent role where you managed a high volume of inbound requests against deadlines. Deep planning, supply chain, or manufacturing background is not required, but comfort with operational detail and terminology is very helpful.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Highly organized and can be trusted to keep a queue moving without things falling through the cracks, even as volume spikes.
• Proactive communicator with the ability to partner with people across Engineering, Configuration Management, Product, Planning, and Production, none of whom report to you and get them aligned on timing and next steps.
• Eye for process improvement. When there is recurring snag, you don't just route around it — you flag it and suggest a better way.
• High ownership, low ego. You treat the queue and the coordination as yours to protect, even when the fire isn't one you started.
• Experience with product catalogs, item master data, or configuration/change management in a hardware or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Foundry, Oracle, Salesforce, Mercury, and other ERP tools. Experience with scripting languages (Python or R) for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or AWS Redshift).
• Understanding of AI/ML-assisted data quality monitoring tools.

US Salary Range

$112,000—$149,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
