Identify primary and secondary payers. Determine if services are in or out of network and alerts patients to cost differentials.

Identify and meet third-party payer requirements of immediate admission notification, precertification, referral or authorization.

Collect payment in full inclusive of co-payment and deposits.

Prepare patient's chart. Communicate patient rights and responsibilities.
