Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Deliver comprehensive nursing care to labor, postpartum, and neonatal patients.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and interventions accurately using Epic charting system.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
  
  
• 
  Respond promptly to emergencies and assist with complex obstetric and neonatal procedures.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to certification requirements including AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP, and potentially ACLS and STABLE.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with travel and licensing regulations, including RTO management and license validation.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a minimum of 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  Possess an active OK state license or a valid Compact RN license.
  
  
• 
  Have certifications in BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate; ACLS and STABLE preferred.
  
  
• 
  Be able to work night shifts (3x12 hours) and weekend requirements.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical skills in obstetric and neonatal care, with excellent documentation proficiency.
  
  
• 
  Willingness to float to similar units within scope as needed.
