Shift Supervisors are a critical part of our restaurant leadership team. Shift Supervisors work with restaurant management to provide the direction and training required on every shift to exceed our customer's expectations. Shift Supervisors:

The ideal Shift Supervisor candidate is a confident decision maker who is ready to learn. Must be an effective communicator bot verbally and in written form. This individual should be willing and ready to lead a team each shift and help train team members. In this role you will:

• Train and reinforce food safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
• Manage food and labor costs
• Follow company policies and operating systems
• Provide team member training
• Anticipate issues and take corrective actions during shift
• Reports to the Assistant and General Managers
