Job Title : Automation Specialist
Location : South San Francisco CA 94080 (on-site)
Duration : 12 months contract
Terms : Contract W2
- Must have experience in automation of cell culture
- Hands-on experience in Laboratory automation / liquid handling
- Experience operating programming and integrating automation instrumentation (Hamilton Biomek Opentron BioTek washers)
- PhD with 0-3 years of experience or Masters with 4-6 years of experience in biomedical engineering chemical engineering mechanical engineering biomaterials immunology pharmacology cellular or molecular biology toxicology pharmaceutical sciences or a related field is required
- Experience with automation scheduling software (e.g. GreenButtonGo Thermo Momentum HiRes Cellario etc.) is highly preferred
- Experience with LIMS
- Hands-on experience with Automation troubleshooting/Automation instrumentation integration
- Must have experience with Cell based assays
