  • Support operational scheduling and logistics planning to ensure compliant and efficient land application activities.
  • Establish performance metrics, monitor key operational indicators, and drive accountability throughout the region.

  • Identify and evaluate new land application opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Strategic Leadership & Business Development

  • Partner with operations to develop and execute regional business strategies and environmental initiatives.
  • Provide technical expertise and strategic guidance regarding regulatory trends, permitting challenges, and environmental risk management.
  • Assist with contract reviews, proposal development, customer presentations, and project evaluations.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry conferences, trade shows, public meetings, and regulatory forums.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and expansion activities related to environmental operations and land application programs.

Leadership & Managerial Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations, establish development plans, and support succession planning initiatives.
  • Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and environmental program expenditures.
  • Establish priorities and delegate responsibilities to ensure timely completion of deliverables and regulatory obligations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Transportation, Sales, Safety, Compliance, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Drive operational consistency and standardization across regional programs.

  • Experience working with municipal and industrial residuals programs preferred.
  • Knowledge of agronomy, nutrient management, soils, and agricultural operations.
  • Experience interacting with environmental regulatory agencies and managing permit compliance.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
