Automotive Service Advisor

We are currently looking for a qualified Service Advisor to join the Autosaver Group team at Crosstown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The Service Advisor creates a quality customer experience, increases service-lane traffic and improves overall service advocacy. They work with active prospects to procure appointments with maintenance-based appointment setting practices, provide information and perform effective follow-up and assist with maintaining existing relationships. Responsibilities Schedules service department appointments. Contacts no-shows to reschedule appointments. Follows up with customers after the appointments. Monitors customer satisfaction survey results and works with customers to maximize results. Handles service counter overflow. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and information Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations Professional personal appearance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Description The Autosaver Group is a family owned company that operates thirteen automobile dealerships in northern New England.
