Pharmacist Position

Supplemental Health Care is working with a Long Term Acute Care facility in Fridley, Minnesota to hire Pharmacists. Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist Licensure/Certification in Minnesota
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as a Pharmacist
• Prior experience in an LTAC is preferred

Pharmacist Contract Details:

• $2,180 - $2,420 per week*
• 13-week full-time contract with possibility of extension
• Long Term Acute Care facility

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Pharmacist services at the facility
• Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
