Apartment Maintenance Technician

NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Certified Apartment Staffing is looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician with apartment/multifamily experience for a property in Oldsmar, FL.
MUST HAVE APARTMENT MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.
Responsibilities:
- Complete resident work orders and service requests
- Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, drywall, and general repairs
- Complete apartment make-readies and unit turns
- Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Maintain common areas and overall property appearance
- Provide professional service to residents and the onsite team
Requirements:
- Previous apartment/multifamily maintenance experience REQUIRED
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- HVAC/EPA certification is a plus
