responsibilities:

Format Conversion & Transformation: Ingest, parse, and convert legacy documentation from Word, HTML, PDFs, and wikis into clean, highly structured Markdown and YAML.

AI Ingestion Optimization: Structuralize network documentation, architecture design guides, and configuration templates into normalized, schema-compliant formats optimized for LLM ingestion, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and automation pipelines.

Repository Architecture: Establish, maintain, and scale structured content repositories in GitHub , ensuring clean directory structures, strict branching strategies, and efficient access controls.

Automation & CI/CD Integration: Implement linting tools, schema validators, and automated testing (via GitHub Actions) to ensure all Markdown and YAML content adheres to organizational syntax standards before merging.

Standardization & Governance: Define and enforce documentation metadata schemas, templates, and best practices across the broader engineering and operations teams.

qualifications:
Markdown & YAML Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of writing, validating, and optimizing Markdown and YAML files. Familiarity with complex nesting and data schemas is essential.

Data Migration & Parsing: Proven track record of migrating unstructured or semi-structured text data out of legacy formats (Word tables, HTML divs) into clean raw text structures.

Advanced Git/GitHub Workflow: Strong proficiency with version control, branching strategies, code reviews, Pull Request management, and GitHub repository organization.

Technical Literacy: Ability to read and understand technical documentation, specifically network topology descriptions, configuration files, and IT design blueprints.

Precision & Quality Control: Exceptional attention to syntax detail, consistency, and structural compliance.
