You will help build components used in advanced medical device products, contributing directly to technologies that improve lives. The role offers a long-term, stable opportunity in a highly specialized environment that values precision, traceability, and zero-defect performance. You will deepen your troubleshooting experience across analog and digital circuit-based systems while working with sophisticated tools and processes. The organization emphasizes structured training, clear procedures, and continuous engagement of technicians through interactive, technology-driven workflows.
Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a unique, technology-driven manufacturing setting that differs from typical production facilities. Assembly work uses a computer-directed system called vPoke, which provides step-by-step sequences, images of parts, tools, and completed examples, and uses custom part trays arranged in exact build order. No tray slot is left empty, ensuring all required parts are present at the start of each build. Operators complete each step under computer guidance; vPoke validates the work, captures visual images, and automatically stores information electronically for device history records. The system allows progression only when the current sequence is successfully completed and audibly confirmed, engaging multiple senses of sight, sound, and touch to improve concentration and involvement. vPoke simplifies complex assemblies into hundreds of controlled steps, enforces conformance to established criteria and sequences, and documents all work securely for future reference. The process is precisely repeatable and scalable for both volume and product complexity, and can operate as an inline process, a single workstation, or an in-place system fed by subsystems. Technicians receive training and certification by sequence, with tightly controlled access to builds. The overall environment emphasizes 100% traceability, zero-defect goals, and consistent, high-quality assembly of complex medical device and life science products.
