Description UCHealth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion, Aurora, Colorado Department: NICU Neonatal Care Work Schedule: Full Time, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Nights Pay: $35.29 - $54.71 per hour, dependent on relevant experience This position is onsite and does not offer a hybrid or remote option. Responsibilities Provides top‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. Prioritizes wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice. Models proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth. Welcomes new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment. Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited or state board‑approved Registered/Professional Nursing program (if less than 3 years' experience). Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Relevant certifications as determined at position level. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider license. BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuer, card in‑hand before start date. Card must be valid for 60 days after hire. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Minimum 6 months of Women and Infants nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
