Responsibilities

Guide customers through our lot to help them find a vehicle that matches their lifestyle and needs.

Accompany clients on test drives to answer questions and highlight key vehicle features.

Manage the sales process from the initial greeting through to the final delivery of the vehicle.

Keep our inventory looking great and ensure all vehicle information is accurate.

Follow up with past customers to ensure they are enjoying their purchase and to offer continued assistance.

Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth, worry-free experience for every buyer.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Strong comfort level with face-to-face communication and building rapport.

Ability to learn and explain technical vehicle specifications.

Basic computer literacy for logging customer information.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required.
