Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking several dedicated 2nd Shift Document Processors for a banking lockbox document processing center located in Newark, DE. This role is 100% onsite and offers comprehensive training in the lockbox document processing industry. Successful candidates will work within a highly regulated environment and be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in document processing.
Responsibilities
- Opening newly delivered mail and auditing and reviewing applications.
- Performing basic data entry and electronic file scanning.
- Maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures while processing documents.
Qualifications
- Good computer skills.
- Data entry skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- High School diploma or GED considered with relevant experience.
Required Work Hours
The position requires availability for second shift hours on Friday-Monday, with shifts either from 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM or 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM.
Benefits
Pay is set at $18 per hour. The role includes four weeks of comprehensive training in a regulated environment.

Max pay is $18 per hour. This is an onsite position with no remote work opportunities.
