divh2Restorative Nurse Assistant AM Shift (7-3p)/h2pDays: Friday-Monday/ppValid RNA Certificate and CNA license Required/ppstrongPosition Summary/strong/ppThe purpose of your job position is to provide each resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with the residents assessment plan along with current federal, state, and local standards that govern the facility, and as directed by your supervisors./ppstrongEssential Duties and Responsibilities/strong/pulliEnsuring that all nursing care is provided in privacy/liliAssisting therapy department with resident mobility/liliReporting any changes in residents condition immediately to the supervisor/liliHelping the van driver with the transporting of residents to and from appointments/liliProper lifting and transitioning residents from wheelchair to bed, bed to chair, etc./liliHelping residents, sit, stand and walk/liliTimely reporting of change in residents condition to the Nurse Supervisor/liliProtecting each residents file and data with confidentiality per HIPAA standards/liliAbiding with all facility policies and procedures including not disclosing user ID codes and passwords/liliFollowing Infection and Control policies/liliReporting any occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, or other hazardous materials to a supervisor immediately/liliAttend annual facility in-service training programs/liliOther duties as assigned, including CNA back-up coverage (answering call lights, making residents comfortable, assisting in feeding residents, helping residents with grooming, etc.)/li/ulpEvery effort has been made to identify the essential functions of this position.
