Complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately, efficiently, and filed correctly. Exemplify the core values at the heart of Arrow, ensuring each interaction with a resident is professional, caring, and leaves the resident feeling safe and cared for. Qualifications Current LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) license in good standing. In‑depth knowledge of current care standards and regulations. Experience in hands‑on care of memory‑impaired residents. Ability to maintain and update effective service plans and supervise care staff. Comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulation and law. Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to residents. Excellent communication skills with physicians, pharmacies, families, and community staff. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day. Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall. Criminal background check clearance.
