Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg travel position in Kingfisher, OK, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.

Details

• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week
• Works every other weekend (7am–7pm)
• No on-call or float requirements
• 25-bed Med/Surg unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
• Inpatient and swing bed patient population
• EMR: Epic
• 26-week contract

Requirements

• Active RN license (Oklahoma or Compact) required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required
• No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months
• PALS preferred

Additional Information

• Black scrubs required
• Unnatural nail enhancements and unnatural hair colors are not permitted
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment unless documented renewal is already scheduled
• Up to 5 days of requested time off (RTO) is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Local candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but subject to local contract terms, including a limit of 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before a separation period or facility transfer is required
