Join Our Fast-Paced Food Production Plant

Join our fast-paced food production plant located in the Far East Side near Northeastwood, Indiana. As a Food Production Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and safety of our production and inventory operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in different production areas, including mixing, packaging, and quality control, ensuring high product standards.
• Keep the work area clean and organized after production using appropriate cleaning tools and techniques.
• Maintain the warehouse inventory organized and well-managed, ensuring correct storage and rotation of products.
• Transport products and materials to different areas within the factory when necessary.
• Perform repetitive lifting of heavy items in a dynamic environment.
• Switch roles flexibly to support production needs and demonstrate adaptability.
• Follow safety standards and comply with strict quality controls to ensure compliance with food production protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations in production and warehouse.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, industrial kitchens, or as a warehouse worker is preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and perform tasks that involve standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation required, as the location may not have easy access to public transportation.
• Speaking Spanish is an advantage; bilingual candidates are preferred.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Shifts

Production – 1st Shift 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Pay: $16.75 per hour Production – 2nd Shift 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM Production 3rd Shift

Pay

1 & 2: Shift: $16.75 per hour 3 Shift: $17.75
