Home Health Visit RN - On-Call & Weekend Premiums
Clallam County Public Hospital District No. 2 (DBA Olympic Medical Center)
Olympic Medical Center in Washington state is seeking a Visit RN to provide nursing visits in patients' homes as directed by the Case Manager RN. You will coordinate care plans, monitor patient progress, and communicate with physicians to ensure continuity of care. The role requires an RN license in Washington, current BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license. An Associate’s degree is required, with a BSN preferred.
