HR Generalist

Hagerstown, MD, United States of America Your role as a HR Generalist Key responsibilities: Serves as a point of contact for employees regarding HR issues, rules and regulations. Collects, validates and provides salary mutations to payroll provider in order to have a timely and correct monthly local payroll. Collects, processes and manages all local personnel data. Ensures accurate and concise records during all phases of local recruitment processes. Monitors and administers absenteeism of the local organization, in line with health and safety legislation. Compiles and maintains various HR overviews and spreadsheets such as monthly HR Reports, personnel overviews, salary overviews, leave registration overviews and pension overviews. Supports Director HR in various local and international HR projects. Requirements 4-7+ years of HR Generalist experience. Experienced with onboarding newly hired employees, company benefits explanation to new and existing employees, various HR oriented tasks supporting corporate and regional hiring, employment laws and guidelines. Education/Certification Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.
