Business Project Manager

Job description: Insight Global is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager with Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise to support a local Medical Device client. In this role, you will own the client\'s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and support its integration across internal and external platforms. This is a high-impact position responsible for the development, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will also oversee the administration and data integrity of the Dynamics 365 environment and related systems by managing and executing the technology roadmap, including upgrades and releases. The ideal candidate excels at translating business needs into clear, testable, and executable requirements, while providing the project management structure needed to keep scope, decisions, milestones, risks, dependencies, and release readiness fully visible. Must haves: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or Universit 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Owner, Delivery Lead, or comparable role supporting business application delivery. Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM delivery concepts, Azure DevOps or similar work tracking tools, and agile/release-based delivery practices. Telephony experience (Five9 or Genesys).
