You will have the opportunity to join an innovative digital public affairs team and engage with digital trends, crafting messages that resonate with online audiences and community stakeholders. Working with a collaborative team, you will operate in a fast-paced environment where your actions have a tangible impact. Your role will encompass traffic management, digital listening, community management, social publishing, and content production.

Key Responsibilities

• Support digital initiatives for energy infrastructure projects through digital listening, community management, social media publishing, and content production.
• Use project management tools to drive organization, cross-functional collaboration, and timely delivery of digital campaigns.
• Utilize social media monitoring tools to gather and analyze audience feedback to deliver data-driven insights.
• Track, categorize, and respond to social media comments, identifying trends, addressing misinformation, and answering questions.
• Write email and website copy from existing and approved content.
• Function within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• Handle customer requests, complaints, and claims while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Process claims, contractor invoices, and fulfillment requests.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree is required.

Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of equivalent experience is required.

Skills:

• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills, including Word.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, organization, focus, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
• A resourceful, innovative, and enthusiastic attitude about social media with a commitment to positively influencing online conversations while pushing back against misinformation.
