- Provide clinical direction, parent training, and supervision of RBTs/BTs for a caseload of clients receiving services.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Complete functional assessments and design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans aimed at reducing and eliminating challenging behaviors.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to support continuity and quality of care.
- Communicate with and coach parents on treatment procedures and child progress across all developmental domains.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of medically necessary servicesincluding your own and your staffs session notesin accordance with state regulations, insurance requirements, and HIPAA standards.
Pay Structure
BCBAs participate in a scorecard-based compensation model in which billable hours are one component. Quarterly earnings increase with performance across quality metrics, client progress, capacity management, and family satisfaction. Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required and Licensure in Connecticut as a Licensed Behavior Analyst required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with individuals, families, and caregivers
