Annual Compensation: $500,000 - $1,000,000+

At our organization, we value efficiency and self-motivation in our surgeons. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be a collaborative team member.

Typical Surgical Hours: Monday to Thursday, starting at 7 AM.

Work Schedule: Minimum of two consecutive days per week, depending on demand.

Position Type: 1099 contractor.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must have graduated from a U.S. accredited four-year dental school (DDS/DMD).
• Completion of a U.S. surgical program with certification in Oral Surgery.
• Active, unrestricted dental license in the state of practice.
• DEA registration is required.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications are necessary.
• Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance.
• Experience with the All-on-X procedure is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct dental implant surgeries, including tooth extractions and alveolectomy as needed.
• Collaborate closely with restorative doctors to develop treatment plans for optimal patient outcomes.
• Examine, diagnose, and create comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
• Adhere to center policies, safety protocols, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines.

A Day in the Life of a Surgeon:

• Arrive punctually for surgical preparation.
• Review patient health histories, radiographs, and treatment plans.
• Perform surgeries in a collaborative team environment.
• Document comprehensive notes post-surgery.
• Engage with the team regarding upcoming cases.
• Feel fulfilled by making a positive impact on patients' lives.

Success in this role is measured by the delivery of consistent, high-quality clinical care and the effective execution of treatment plans. Strong communication between the surgeon and restorative doctor is vital for the success of our centers.
