Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each child's needs. Treat a broad spectrum of pediatric conditions (sensory processing, motor development, feeding, self-regulation, etc.). Experience or comfort working with infants and early intervention populations is strongly preferred. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. Qualifications and Experience Active (or eligible) Maryland Occupational Therapist License. NBCOT Certification (OTR). 1+ years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy (infant experience a plus). Strong communication skills and a heart for pediatric care.
