Customer Operations Launch Manager PointClickCare

This role coordinates the launch of new healthcare software solutions and services, acting as the link between customer operations and cross-functional teams. The manager plans and runs multiple launch projects at once, from early pilots through full commercial release, aiming to speed up customer time-to-value and get new offerings to market smoothly. Candidates need experience in program, project, or product management, consulting, or business operations within a SaaS company, along with a background in healthcare, business, or equivalent project management experience. Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects under deadlines. This is a one-year contract position covering a maternity leave from August 2026 to August 2027, open to candidates based in the United States.
