Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive bids for heavy civil construction projects. Manage projects from award through completion while meeting budget, schedule, quality, and customer expectations. Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, municipalities, and customers. Review plans and specifications to develop accurate pricing and project proposals. Coordinate with operations, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to support successful project execution. Monitor project costs, schedules, and progress while resolving issues as they arise.
