Insurance Claims Specialist

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative/Admin with commercial insurance experience to support and service a growing book of business. This is a client-facing, detail-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining administrative precision with high-touch customer service. Location: Onsite – Houston, TX 77024 Schedule: Full-time, fully onsite What You’ll Do As a key member of our team, you will serve as the day-to-day contact for commercial clients, ensuring their needs are handled accurately and efficiently. Client Service & Account Support Act as the primary contact for commercial clients, delivering responsive and professional service Manage incoming requests related to policy coverage, billing, claims, and documentation Process certificates of insurance, endorsements, binders, ID cards, and invoices with accuracy Assist clients through the claims process and provide timely updates Maintain organized and compliant client records in Applied Epic Administrative & Renewal Coordination Support the renewal process, ensuring deadlines and documentation are completed on time Prepare and submit policy information to carriers for quoting Review policies and documents for accuracy, gaps, and compliance Assist with audit reviews, endorsements, and policy updates Relationship Management Build strong relationships with clients, producers, and insurance carriers Coordinate service needs and ensure a smooth client experience What We’re Looking For 2+ years of commercial insurance or related client service experience Active Property & Casualty License (preferred or required) Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Salary: $45,000 – $48,000 (based on experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr
