Full Stack Tech Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate with expertise in leading technical design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications across front-end and back-end technologies.


Rate Range: $64/Hour to $65/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Full Stack Tech Lead Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices.
• Translate functional requirements, UI designs, and mid-tier specifications into scalable system designs and technical solutions.
• Guide and mentor development team members by providing technical leadership, troubleshooting support, and code review oversight.
• Develop, test, and deploy applications using Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, and integration testing best practices.
• Collaborate with UI developers, mid-tier teams, designers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage application performance, resolve production issues, identify root causes, and support CI/CD processes within AWS environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Full Stack Development with technical leadership responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Angular (13+), JavaScript, TypeScript, and AWS.
• Expertise in technical design, Test-Driven Development (TDD), code reviews, and team leadership.

Pay Details: $64.00 to $65.00 per hour
