Project Planning Analyst

We are looking for one resource to support our Supply Chain Systems team. The main responsibilities will be SC system testing, data cleanup, and organizing electronic documents on the share point. Ideally, we need someone with the Maximo and sharepoint experience. Summary: With minimal supervision, the Project Planning Analyst Associate will be responsible for implementing the program tracking and coordination of the various initiatives of the Supply Chain Strategy and Technology team. Key Roles & Responsibilities The incumbent shall: Provide coordination and support of the Strategy and Technology group initiatives. Track initiatives of Supply Chain and the group. Coordinate and manage relationships with internal and external work groups to obtain necessary data to support/develop scheduling activities, project analysis and issues resolution Assist the Strategy and Technology group by proactively monitoring a portfolio of initiatives and projects As directed, develop, document, own, and maintain processes needed to facilitate project/program coordination between various Oncor workgroups and activities to support program scheduling activities. Support Strategy and Technology group on special projects as assigned. Performs all essential aspects and functions of the job as well as any other specific job requirements. Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements The minimum education and experience requirements are: High school diploma, GED or equivalent is required; college degree preferred. The minimum skill requirements are: Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization Ability to solve problems and work an agile plan Possess organizational & multi-tasking skills to effectively manage large volumes of work Knowledge and experience with of Microsoft Office programs Knowledge and understanding of company policies Measures of Success Ability to coordinate Strategy and Technology group projects according to organizational goals. Ability to execute timely reporting and status of project schedules.
