AWS IVR Developer

We are looking for an experienced AWS IVR Developer to build and support enterprise IVR and Voice Bot solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Amazon Connect and Cisco CVP experience with a background in contact center application development.

What you'll do

• Develop and support DTMF IVR and Voice Bot applications
• Build, test, and maintain IVR solutions aligned with business requirements
• Integrate IVR applications with backend systems and contact center platforms
• Collaborate with business, architecture, and development teams
• Troubleshoot issues, maintain high-quality code, and support production deployments
• Participate in effort estimation, technical planning, and Agile delivery

What you bring and Must have skills

• 4+ years of DTMF IVR development experience using Cisco CVP
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS)
• Experience with Cisco Call Studio, Cisco CVP VXML Server, CVP Custom Elements (Java), Apache Tomcat, and Call Studio GUI
• Strong Java development skills with REST APIs, OAuth2, XML Web Services, and Microsoft SQL Server
• Knowledge of UCCE/ICM, routing scripts, DNIS, CTI Variables, Skill Groups, and Finesse Agent Desktop
• Experience with Agile software development and strong communication skills

Nice to have

• Voice Bot development using Google Dialogflow or Microsoft technologies
• Experience with speech analysis, NLU tuning, and speech optimization
• Knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
• Experience with JIRA, Cyara, and Confluence
• Experience working in large enterprise financial environments
