How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Manages patient registration and documentation, including greeting, check-in/out, and demographic/insurance verification.
• High inbound call volume.
• Document and track patient care journeys to ensure accurate, high-quality records.
• Acts as a vital support resource by efficiently providing comprehensive general office and clerical services to the assigned team.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• Prior medical office experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
