Redbarn Pet Products is seeking motivated Seasonal Production Helpers to join our team in Great Bend, Kansas for seasonal assignments during May 2026 August 2026 OR October 2026 January 2027.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with production tasks and support the manufacturing team.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Available for one of the listed seasonal periods.
• Reliable and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• No prior experience required training provided.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to regularly stand, reach, speak, and hear.
• Frequently walk and use hands to handle or feel objects.
• Occasionally climb, balance, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Regularly: 1025 lbs
• Frequently: up to 50 lbs
• Occasionally: up to 100 lbs
• Must have close, distance, and depth vision.
• Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment (5060F).
