RN (NOC) - Trellis Chino (Healthcare) Registered Nurse (RN) Shift: PM | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - FULL TIME Schedule: 3 days on / 3 days off rotation Pay Range: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour, DOE About Trellis Chino Trellis Chino is a 59-bed, short-term skilled nursing facility conveniently located just off the 60 Freeway, directly across from Chino Valley Medical Center. Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering and overseeing high-quality nursing care, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring resident safety and well-being in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee and supervise LVNs and CNAs to ensure safe and effective care delivery Provide direct nursing care by initiating and implementing individualized treatment plans Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders Initiate and manage IV therapy, perform blood draws, and administer injections as needed Monitor residents' conditions using sound clinical judgment and intervene appropriately Complete resident admissions and discharges as assigned Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and interdisciplinary team members Maintain ongoing communication with residents and families regarding care plans and status Requirements Active and valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license Must have prior skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Ability to effectively supervise and support nursing staff Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care Benefits Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance (full-time employees) 401(k) retirement plan (full-time employees) Paid Time Off (PTO) Rewards and bonus opportunities Ongoing training and professional development Equal Employment Opportunity (EEOC) Statement Trellis Chino is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
