Texas Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

To support a growing psychiatry team, the part-time contract Texas Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct online psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing care for children and adolescents through a secure telehealth platform. Key responsibilities Conduct online comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children and adolescents Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including medication management Collaborate with supervising psychiatrists and partner with therapists for cohesive support Required qualifications Active PMHNP certification and licensure in Texas Minimum 2 years of experience in child and adolescent psychiatry Current collaborating physician or full authority to practice within the state Comfort and fluency with virtual care delivery Availability for at least 10 hours per week
