Impactful Operations & Finance Coordinator

Meiyume is seeking an Operations, Finance & Administration Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative, finance, logistics, and office operations for the US business. You will work with US and Hong Kong teams to keep sourcing, tax, invoicing, payments, and office needs on track.

The role involves liaising with tax authorities, suppliers, and customers, coordinating local and cross-border processes, and assisting the Finance team and CEO travel planning.
