Food Server

Friendly and customer-focused Food Server with experience providing prompt, professional service. Skilled in taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, handling customer requests, processing payments, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. Strong communication and multitasking abilities with a proven commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting team success. Reliable, detail-oriented, and dedicated to creating a welcoming dining atmosphere for every customer.

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.

- Present menus, take orders, and answer questions about menu items.

- Provide recommendations and upsell specials or additional items.

- Input orders accurately into the POS system and ensure timely delivery to the kitchen.

- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.

- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

- Monitor table cleanliness and promptly clear dishes and utensils.

- Prepare and deliver accurate checks, handle payments, and process transactions.

- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens.

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup.

- Uphold a positive attitude and teamwork mentality.

- Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.

- Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.

- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
