Commissioning Manager

Role Description

Ncite Partners is currently partnering with a highly respected engineering and consulting organization that is seeking a Commissioning Manager to support large-scale mission-critical and data center commissioning projects.

This individual will serve as the primary relationship manager for key mission-critical and data center clients while partnering closely with project managers, commissioning leaders, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and exceptional client service delivery.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts and mission-critical project portfolios.
• Partner with project managers and technical leadership to support project execution, staffing coordination, and delivery planning.
• Develop a strong understanding of client standards, operational priorities, and long-term project initiatives to proactively support business needs.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status, schedules, performance metrics, and overall service delivery.
• Support issue resolution and manage client expectations in collaboration with internal project and leadership teams.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and long-term account growth through strong relationship management and strategic partnership development.
• Incorporate client feedback into continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and internal processes.
• Represent the organization as a trusted advisor through strong communication, professionalism, and technical understanding.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in client management, project management, commissioning, mission-critical facilities, or related technical environments required.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills with the ability to support complex technical projects and stakeholder needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems within data centers or mission-critical facilities is strongly preferred along with willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and site visits.
