Human Resources Generalist

Salary: USD80000 - USD95000 per year The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for supporting and administering a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, performance management, compliance, and HR policy implementation. This role serves as a trusted resource for employees and management while ensuring HR practices align with company objectives and applicable employment laws. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive HR experience within a mid-sized organization, strong knowledge of payroll administration, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment. Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a mid-sized organization. Experience processing payroll and administering employee benefits. Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Proficiency with HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Preferred PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification. Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms such as ADP, Paycom, Paylocity, UKG, or similar systems.
