CDL B Driver/Warehouse Associate

Earn $23.75-$26.75/HR | $50,400-$66,700+ Annually | OT After 40 Hours Home Daily | Paid Weekly | Referral, Holiday & Annual Bonuses | Excellent Benefits Work Monday-Friday with a 5:00 AM start , averaging 10-hour shifts . Operate a Class B Straight Truck making local multi-stop deliveries. Deliver premium surface materials , including hardwood flooring, countertops, and backsplash tile , to customer locations. Perform touch freight , assisting with loading, unloading, inventory organization, order picking, and properly securing cargo using straps, chains, and binders. Support warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, labeling, storing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the warehouse clean and safe. Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections, maintain DOT compliance, provide outstanding customer service, and assist with additional warehouse duties as needed. Requirements Valid Class B CDL required. Minimum 24 months of verifiable Class B driving experience . Must be at least 21 years old . Previous warehouse experience , including material handling, inventory organization, and order picking. Comfortable performing touch freight and physically demanding work, including lifting up to 55 lbs , carrying materials, climbing ladders, and frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Ability to safely complete local multi-stop deliveries , maintain accurate logbooks, interpret bills of lading, and operate an iPad or tablet (preferred). Safety-minded with strong communication skills; Spanish bilingual is a plus. Must pass a DOT Physical, Drug Screen, Background Check, Driving Test, and MVR Review .
