Your office is the outdoors—fresh air, open spaces, and work you can actually see at the end of the day.The Highlights:Get paid to learn—paid training + certifications fully coveredCompetitive pay + production/annual bonus opportunities & unlimited commission potentialClear career growth -> we promote from within!Supportive team culture with mentorship program starting day 1Work outdoors and see real results every dayDay in the Life:Work individually or with a crew to provide services to all properties on assigned routeUsing hand and powered equipment, apply fertilizer, fungicides, herbicides, and aeration and seeding for pest and weed control in lawnsDiagnose lawn issues and recommend solutionsBuild relationships with customers and identify service needsSell additional services to existing and prospective customersKeep properties clean, safe, and looking their bestMaintain accurate service records and equipmentAssist with training new service leadersQualifications/Requirements:Must be 18 years of age or olderMinimum of high school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with a clean record with 1+ years of driving experienceMaintain a valid driver's license and clean driving recordMust obtain applicable state Department of Agriculture certification within 30 days of hireBe able to drive long distances or an eight to nine-hour shift in company vehicle (truck/trailer) ranging between 6:30am- 5:30pm (or until the job is finished)Operate company vehicle in compliance with federal, state, local laws, and company policyFollow proper safety protocols while working with equipmentReliable, self-motivated, and team-orientedComfortable working outdoors in all conditionsPhysical requirements: Standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, pushing, lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50 poundsYou Will Thrive Here If You:Love working outdoors and staying activeTake pride in delivering top-quality service and results customers can actually seeEnjoy tackling challenges and making things better every single dayAre looking for a long-term career with real growth, advancement, and opportunity$19 - $20 an hour The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position.
