Join our team as a Senior HR Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional HR initiatives that shape organizational strategy, process transformation, and technology enablement. In this role, you will partner with HR leadership, HRIS, IT, Finance, and vendor teams to drive strategic programs from concept through implementation and operational transition.

responsibilities:
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives, process improvements, and strategic projects from initiation through closure.
• Establish and maintain detailed project plans, milestone schedules, resource forecasts, and dependency maps leveraging Smartsheet and/or Planview.
• Develop project charters, business cases, scope definitions, implementation strategies, and success metrics.
• Facilitate process mapping, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design sessions across HR and IT workstreams.
• Develop and execute change management and communication strategies to support organizational adoption and operational readiness.
• Monitor project health, risk management, budget utilization, and provide executive-level portfolio status updates.

qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

7+ years of progressive project management experience.

5+ years of experience leading complex HR, HRIS, payroll, benefits, or organizational transformation projects.

Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools like Smartsheet or Planview.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development.

Good background in change management and continuous process improvement.

Demonstrated success leading large-scale technology implementation and vendor integration programs.
