Senior Revenue Manager

The Senior Manager Revenue Accounting will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing complex revenue transactions ensuring appropriate ASC 606 accounting treatment is applied. Management of an accurate and timely month-end and quarter-end close cycle, annual audit cycles, ensuring an effective control environment, leading and mentoring a primarily remote team (internal, as well as external contractors). To be successful, this individual must have the ability to adapt quickly, operate effectively in a rapidly scaling, dynamic environment and align well with Cloud Software Groups' strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise on the treatment of revenue accounting transactions (under ASC 606) and related financial reporting requirements Lead and manage the execution of quarterly reviews and year-end financial audits by external auditors related to revenue. Including compliance with internal control processes. Lead and manage month-end and quarter-end close activities; revenue transaction reviews, manual process analyses, and account reconciliations. Analyze sales transactions within the Company's ERP systems to ensure accuracy of data and integrity of revenue schedules, inclusive of revenue allocations. Review contract write-ups to ensure that revenue is recognized in accordance with ASC606. Assist with preparation and review of executive-level analytics for various internal and external presentations. Participate in the design and implementation of scalable revenue processes and systems that support growth and operational efficiency. Drive continuous process improvement through automation, AI-enabled solutions, and data analytics. Participate in business transformation initiatives and integration activities related to divestitures and acquisitions. Work cross-functionally with key internal business partners, such as I.T., Business Process Operations, Order Management, Deal Mechanics, FP&A, and Legal on ongoing initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CA/CPA preferred) with at least 9+ years of experience in a similar role at public, high-growth SaaS or technology company Prior experience with revenue close operations and reconciliation process Deep expertise in ASC 606 Experience in hiring, managing, and mentoring high performing teams Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills Strong background in revenue systems and automation initiatives Must be self-motivated, flexible, deadline-oriented, and have the ability to independently drive projects to completion Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and business partnering skills with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and at various levels within a company Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.
