Facilities Specialist

Corporate Facility Operations ManagerThis position is responsible for overseeing corporate facility operations, including functionality, efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance across all corporate locations.Essential FunctionsAct as the main point of contact for facilities and maintenance with coordination among restaurant locations, outside service providers, construction and operations.Manage ticket request system to determine urgency, follow escalation protocols, and ensure vendor response.Oversee contractual service schedules.Manage vendor relationships, track responsiveness, and quality of work.Monitor and maintain preventative maintenance schedules.Track routine servicing of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical systems, kitchen equipment, and other critical facility systems.Monitor equipment and facility history to identify recurring problems or patterns.Review maintenance records and identify equipment that may require repair, replacement, or additional attention.Work with restaurant managers and vendors to identify potential issues to prevent operational disruptions.Schedule routine inspections and service visits when appropriate.Help establish consistent preventative maintenance standards.Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance.Monitor and record facility expenditures for financial accountability.Participate in facility budget review process.Travel to corporate-owned restaurants as needed.Other responsibilities assigned within the scope of the position.Required SkillsPunctual, dependable, and organizedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSkilled at managing multiple priorities.Ability to communicate in a positive, and professional manner.Demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments and responsibilities.Ability to prioritize urgent issues.Strong problem-solving skills.Capacity to work independently and take ownership of tasks.Technically competent in all aspects of typical desktop software.Previous experience in maintenance coordination, facilities, construction, restaurant operations, property management, or vendor management preferredPhysicalThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
