- Earning opportunity: Base salary + commission with realistic firstyear on-target earnings of $70,000$90,000+ (no cap for top performers).

- Warm demand: Steady stream of inbound calls, walkins, and online leads from truckers and fleets who already need tires and service.
- Clear playbook: Training on our sales process, product lineup, and pricing so you can ramp quickly and hit quota.
- Real impact: You help owneroperators and fleets avoid downtime and lost loads youre not selling widgets, youre keeping businesses alive.
- Growth path: Perform, and youll earn more accounts, more responsibility, and opportunities to advance as we expand.
- Respond quickly to inbound calls, walkins, and online leads.
- Prospect owneroperators, small fleets, and local commercial accounts by phone.
- Follow up on open quotes and past customers until they buy or die.
- Set and confirm appointments with business and fleet contacts.
- Prepare quotes for commercial tires and related services and close the sale while protecting gross profit.
- Enter notes, next steps, and followups in the CRM so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, and store leadership to ensure customers get exactly what was promised.
- Build long-term relationships so accounts keep buying from GTT, not the guy down the street.
- You hit or exceed your monthly sales and gross profit targets.
- You respond to new leads quickly and follow up daily without being chased.
- Your CRM is always up to date.
- Customers trust you, ask for you by name, and come back.
- Youre comfortable talking to business owners, drivers, fleet managers, dispatchers, and shop teams.
- Youre not afraid to pick up the phone, and no doesnt ruin your day.
- Youre organized enough to work a followup list every day.
- You learn products, pricing, and customer needs quickly.
- When you say youll do something, you do it.
- You understand that sales is a daily activity and a skill, not a mood.
- B2B sales experience preferred.
- Commercial tire, automotive, trucking, or service industry experience is a plus, but not required if youre coachable.
- Comfortable with customer facing interactions, using a phone, computer, and CRM.
- Strong communication skills, valid drivers license, reliable attendance, and professional appearance.
- Schedule: Fulltime, MondaySaturday with a rotating schedule based on store needs (some Saturdays required).
