Responsibilities Develop and execute operational strategies that align field operations with company goals and drive continuous improvement Lead, mentor, and build accountability within a team of operations managers, coordinators, and field personnel Monitor day-to-day service delivery to ensure quality standards and timelines are consistently met Serve as the operational link between sales, client services, and field teams to ensure seamless client experiences Optimize resource allocation — labor, equipment, and materials — across all moves and service locations Establish and enforce quality control procedures, conducting regular audits and performance assessments Develop and maintain safety protocols, training programs, and compliance standards for all personnel Coordinate operations support across Moyer Move Management and our sister company, Moyer & Sons Qualifications Strategic operational leadership — You can develop and execute strategies that tie directly back to company goals, not just keep the trains running on time People leadership — You have experience building and mentoring high-performing operations teams and know how to build a culture of accountability Resource management and quality oversight — You’re skilled at optimizing labor and materials while maintaining Moyer’s standards of service through thoughtful quality control Tech‑savvy — You embrace technology and are willing to learn new software platforms to manage your day-to-day work Application Apply If: You love being the person who turns operational chaos into a well‑run machine, and you take as much pride in your team’s growth as you do in a flawlessly executed move.
