Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years in Pediatric Cardiac ICU/CVICU/CICU License: Valid Registered Nurse License Certifications: PALS, BLS Must-Have: Experience with critical care of children and adults with congenital heart disease Weekend availability required: 3 out of 6 weekends First-timers not accepted Float to other units may be required Description: The position requires a Registered Nurse specializing in Pediatric Cardiac ICU. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting. The role involves caring for patients with congenital heart defects. Nurses may be required to float to other critical care units. A 50/50 rotation between day and night shifts is expected. Attending to patients requires knowledge of critical care protocols and procedures. Understanding and managing congenital heart disease is essential. Weekend shifts are mandatory as per the schedule. Only candidates with the required certifications will be considered.
