Physician Opportunity in Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation

Our well established physiatry practice is offering an opportunity for board certified/board eligible physiatrist to join our private practice with multiple locations in the Midwest. Need two, one in northern Illinois 90 minutes from Chicago and one in northern Indiana near South Bend. We offer an outstanding opportunity to participate in:

• Premier inpatient acute rehabilitation units.
• Several hospital based and freestanding sub-acute rehabilitation programs.
• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
• Stipend for Medical Director of the rehab unit.
• 20 bed inpatient units.
• Always work with at least NP.
• Shared weekend call is required (no more than one weekend per month).
• Join 5 physicians and 3 NP's.
• Partnership opportunity.

Well-established group practice of physicians, neuropsychologists and physical therapists with expertise in physical medicine and rehabilitation. We provide care and treatment for patients with functional impairments and disabilities. We may also serve as medical directors within both hospital settings and skilled nursing facilities.
