****Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 9am-6pm****
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email (inbound + outbound).
- Answer questions and provide accurate info about our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services .
- Schedule service and installation appointments with precision and care.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Work closely with teammates to improve service and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on company offerings and industry trends to better support clients.
What You Bring:
- Customer service experience , ideally in HVAC, plumbing, or related trades.
- Excellent phone and communication skills – you’re confident, clear, and courteous.
- Problem-solving mindset – you listen first and offer effective solutions.
- Proficiency with basic computer/data entry tasks.
- Bonus points for sales experience or Spanish-speaking ability!
- Organized, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced team.
