****Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 9am-6pm****

What You’ll Do:

• Be the  first point of contact for customers via phone and email (inbound + outbound).
• Answer questions and provide accurate info about our  HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services .
• Schedule service and installation appointments with precision and care.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
• Work closely with teammates to improve service and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date on company offerings and industry trends to better support clients.

What You Bring:

• Customer service experience , ideally in HVAC, plumbing, or related trades.
• Excellent phone and communication skills – you’re confident, clear, and courteous.
• Problem-solving mindset – you listen first and offer effective solutions.
• Proficiency with basic computer/data entry tasks.
• Bonus points for sales experience or Spanish-speaking ability!
• Organized, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced team.
