Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards. Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation. Experience Requirements 3+ months of previous experience in electronic assembly, manufacturing, production, or a related industrial environment. Experience with PCB assembly, soldering, wiring, cable assembly, electronic testing, inspection, or electronics manufacturing is a plus. Ability to use hand tools, assembly equipment, and basic production machinery. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to quality workmanship. Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently or within a team-based production environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements throughout the shift. Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with small electronic components and assemblies. Capable of prolonged sitting or standing while performing detailed assembly tasks. Ability to maintain visual focus and concentration when inspecting components and finished products. May occasionally lift, move, or transport production materials as needed. Job Duties Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, and finished products according to established manufacturing procedures. Use hand tools, production equipment, and semi-automated assembly machines to complete production tasks. Conduct visual inspections and basic functional testing to ensure product quality and performance. Identify and report defects, damaged components, or production issues to supervisors and team leads. Maintain accurate production records, quality documentation, and workflow tracking. Support multiple production lines and workstations based on manufacturing demands.
